Our Milestones

Ian completed his first year of Rookies baseball with a greater desire to play catch every day! Wearing his dad and mom out!
He finished his first grade year at Rural Dell and his teacher said in her comments, "Ian is a unique mix of intelligence, athletic ability and social charm." Way to go Ian...

Gabe learned to ride his bike without training wheels. He is riding like a pro now and doing "stunts" off the curb. He also received his first "butch" hair cut. He tells me every morning, "Mom, you know what the beauty of a butch hair cut is? I don't have to do my hair in the morning! "

Precious Avery is growing in height and charm. She has worked hard at writing her name on her own and she loves to bake and cook. She made guacamole on her own for our dinner the other night. She "takes care" of her baby sister and cousin overly well.

Elise turned one at the end of May. Hard to believe my youngest is already one. Her favorite words to say are uh-oh and whhhasss thassss (what's that). She has currently found her bellybutton and shows anyone who asks. She is cruising around furniture but still hasn't developed the skill of walking on her own.
